Gulf Coast Primary Home Care provides Medicaid-waivered Personal Care Attendant (PCA) services to eligible individuals across Texas who need assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of their own home. Through Texas Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs, we support individuals who qualify for non-medical personal care as an alternative to institutional care.

Our trained personal care attendants assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and light household tasks. These services are designed to promote independence, dignity, and safety while allowing individuals to remain active members of their community.

When available under the applicable waiver, Gulf Coast Primary Care also supports consumer-directed service options, empowering participants to have greater choice and control over their care. Services are subject to Medicaid eligibility requirements, waiver availability, and authorization by Texas Health and Human Services.

For individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid waiver services or who prefer greater flexibility, private pay personal care services are also available. Our private pay option allows clients and families to customize care schedules and services based on their specific needs, without Medicaid eligibility or waiver limitations. Private pay services are delivered by the same trained attendants and are designed to provide reliable, compassionate support at home.
